Families can choose an organization, create an account, manage Contestant Profiles, and register for events offered by that organization.
For Organizations

SportEntry gives families a central place to find participating organizations and events, create an account, manage Contestant Profiles, and complete available Registration workflows.
- Find organizations and browse posted events.
- Create an Account and manage Contestant Profiles.
- Select Event options and save Entries during Registration.
- Continue to Online Payment when the organization offers it.
- Review Registered Entries and Saved Event Entries.
- View public results and points when posted by the organization.
- Use Public Help for family registration guidance.
Organizations Can Manage the Event Workflow
SportEntry supports the day-to-day work around series, rodeos, playdays, entries, check-in, results, reports, and staff access.
- Build series and rodeos or playdays.
- Manage events, groups, divisions, fees, membership settings, and points settings.
- Track memberships, contestants, registrations, and entries.
- Use Work Check-In for waiting and Checked In contestants.
- Create draws and print Day Sheets and Judge Sheets.
- Enter results, review points, and publish public results where configured.
- Use payment, entry, draw, judge, points, and operational reports.
- Grant staff access levels, including data-entry support.
Payments and Check-In
Card payments are processed through SportEntry's Square account. The SportEntry Operator creates a separate Square Location for each organization and connects that Location ID in SportEntry. Square transfers the organization's card-payment funds to the bank account assigned to that Location.
- Authorized check-in staff can use manual card entry or Square Terminal when configured.
- Successful card payment during check-in marks the contestant Paid and Checked In.
- Cash and check workflows remain available for organizations that use them.
- SportEntry does not store raw card information.

SportEntry is an online application designed for phones, tablets, and computers. Public and staff workflows are built to be usable from common event-day devices with a reliable internet connection.
Families can check registration details from home or on the road, while staff can work check-in, payments, results, and reports from the tools assigned to their access level.
